So thrilled to be sharing this couple’s amazing and classy wedding day! Megan & Matt share such a sincere love and it was a joy capturing them among their friends and family.  There were so many times I captured Matt holding Megan’s hand when no one was looking or tucking her hair behind her ear. It is sweet moments like this that really show how in love a couple is, the moments when no one else is looking. It was a stunning day with lovely details among the downtown KC backdrop.

KC wedding photography, 28 Event Space – Jill & Rashid

Jill and Rashid’s wedding was not only stunning, it was an incredible celebration of their relationship and their future. It was so neat to see how supportive and loving their friends and family were and the amazing bond they all share. Some of my favorite moments were at the start of the ceremony when Rashid and his brother exchanged a smile right before Jill walked down the aisle. His brother looked so proud and happy for Rashid. I also loved the moment Jill’s dad gave her away and wipe a tear from his eye – father/daughter moments get me every time! These two are incredible together and it was joy being able to capture their day! Congrats Jill & Rashid! Andrea

Leawood Wedding Photography – Erica & Matt

Ah, I love so many images from this December wedding! Erica and Matt are one of the most down to earth couples and it was truly a pleasure documenting their day. Surrounded by friends and family, they tied the knot on a chilly December day at The Venue in Leawood. One of my favorite moments came when Erica’s dad saw her for the first time, held her arms and told her it was game day 🙂   I also love the photos we captured as the sun was going down at The Nelson and the night shots at Crown Center – what a magical time of year! Erica and Matt are such a brilliant couple and they have a great future ahead! Congrats you two! Andrea

KC wedding photography, Collins and Sam – Hawthorne House

I photographed Collins’ senior pictures in 2011 and then her brother a few years later. So when she contacted me to document her big day, I was beyond thrilled to work with this amazing family again! I can’t say enough great things about the woman Collins is and the relationship she has with her high school sweetheart, Sam.  They are so genuine, carefree and head over heals in love!  This beautiful summer wedding was slightly hot 😉  but you would never know it. Collins, Sam and their fun wedding party were troopers as we captured some gorgeous shots around the grounds.  A few of my favorite moments came when Sam stood at the alter, he was glowing with happiness. I also loved when Collins’ mom is holding her hand at the alter, you can see how proud she is! Lastly, I love one of the last images where Sam grabs Collins on the dance floor and embraces her – pure happiness! Congrats Collins and Sam, you have a wonderful future ahead of you! Andrea
