There were so many times I captured Matt holding Megan’s hand when no one was looking or tucking her hair behind her ear. It is sweet moments like this that really show how in love a couple is, the moments when no one else is looking. It was a stunning day with lovely details among the downtown KC backdrop.

Jill and Rashid’s wedding was not only stunning, it was an incredible celebration of their relationship and their future. It was so neat to see how supportive and loving their friends and family were and the amazing bond they all share. Some of my favorite moments were at the start of the ceremony when Rashid and his brother exchanged a smile right before Jill walked down the aisle. His brother looked so proud and happy for Rashid. I also loved the moment Jill’s dad gave her away and wipe a tear from his eye – father/daughter moments get me every time! Ah, I love so many images from this December wedding! Erica and Matt are one of the most down to earth couples and it was truly a pleasure documenting their day. Surrounded by friends and family, they tied the knot on a chilly December day at The Venue in Leawood. One of my favorite moments came when Erica’s dad saw her for the first time, held her arms and told her it was game day 🙂 I also love the photos we captured as the sun was going down at The Nelson and the night shots at Crown Center – what a magical time of year!
