I knew this was going to be a fun shoot because I photographed Abby’s sister a few years ago and this family is so fun to be around! Abby has a gentle and sweet personality and I love how these images reflect that side of her. We photographed at The Nelson and Plaza, two of Kansas City’s iconic landmarks and they were great backdrops for her shoot. Thank you Abby for a great shoot and good luck next year! Andrea

Could these two be any cuter?! I had the best time capturing the connection Megan and Austin share. They have such an easy and fun relationship and what you see is exactly how sweet and loving they are together! I photographed Megan’s senior pictures years ago and am so thrilled to be documenting her marriage to Austin! Congrats you two!

I loved working with this young lady! One of the things that always touches me at senior shoots is watching the mom and/or dad look at their son or daughter and see the tears form as they realize their baby is grown up. It reminds me how quickly my little ones are going to grow up, to love them with everything I have and enjoy every second! At the end of this shoot, I could see the tears in her mom’s eyes and she truly has a lot to be proud of. Kathryn not only has an incredible smile but she has a huge heart and lovely personality. I love that Jared wanted to incorporate his car and even snap a few with his dog! Jared was so even-keeled and easy to photograph. We took advantage of more urban backdrops to showcase his car and his style. I really love the first one because he has a great smile and it really reflects his sweet and sincere personality. I have been so lucky to work with really down to earth, easy going senior clients that really allow me to capture their personality and not just a pretty picture 🙂 Rachel was so fun for this reason, she was confident in front of the camera and easily let down her guard. I never want senior pictures to feel stuffy or fake and I love the movement and moodiness in Rachel’s pictures – perfect!
