I love the moody, romantic feel of these images but also the laughter and smiles these two share! The West Bottoms and Loose park were the perfect spots for Alexis and Brett’s engagement session and gave us such great variety. These two are adorable and I especially love the playfulness they share and laid back connection they have! Can’t wait to photograph their winter wedding!

I loved capturing this young family and their awesome connection! Their kiddos are about the same age as mine so I am pretty familiar with photographing kids on the move – which is the only way to photograph kids 😉 Let them run, jump, swing and laugh because the resulting images are genuine and heartfelt! Sonya & Brandon’s wedding at The Sheraton Overland Park

Sonya and Brandon are easygoing, in the moment and so appreciative of those around them. You might notice in their portraits that they are either laughing or about to laugh and that is pretty much spot on 😉 It made shooting their wedding a real joy and fun to be part of. I love how the day reflected cultural traditions but also reflected who they are, their relationship and their families. Congrats again you two, it was a fun and beautiful celebration! Andrea

I love morning sessions and the crisp sunlight you get – it makes for some romantic and fun light! These two embraced the session with laughter and fun, making my job easy! It makes my heart happy when couples allow themselves to be silly in front of the camera and make each other laugh (a great sign of what’s to come).
