Loved how these images turned out from our mini session in June. I have really enjoyed getting to capture this family over the years and watch their family grow!

Postponing weddings, changing dates and navigating uncharted territory is the new normal for couples getting married in 2020. But it hasn’t stopped love or the desire to move forward with ceremonies and plans. Cory and Molly pushed their wedding date but didn’t want to wait any longer to get hitched and I don’t blame them! It was a pleasure to capture this moment for them and I’m so thrilled they are now husband and wife! I also loved documenting the amazing show of support and love waiting for them in the park lot afterward! Congrats Cory and Molly, so much to look forward to!
To say that April 25th looked a little different than Olivia and Mike had originally planned is an understatement. March was such an uncertain time, there was no way to plan for a week out much less a month. Every day new guidelines were put in place, large group gathers went from 500 to 10 in 2 days. There was so much uncertainly, stress and confusion during this time. I can only imagine what was going through Olivia and Mike’s head as they navigated these uncharted waters. I was so impressed and in awe when they decided to move forward with a small (10 people only) ceremony. There was no wedding party or big reception but the day was filled with an enormous amount of love and support. With only their parents, her sister, his brother, the officiant and myself in attendance, they tied the knot in a very intimate setting. What they didn’t know was that guests had come out with signs and balloons standing by their cars as they exited the church. It was an overwhelming show of support during such unprecedented times. I’m so thrilled I was allowed to photograph this event and document love and life. 💗 Love is not canceled, congrats Olivia and Mike!!!!
I feel like just yesterday I photographed Gwen’s newborn photos, where does the time go? Although saying that now, 30 days feels more like 3 months. We did this session before Covid-19 shut everything down so it was my last portrait session before this all started and man, I miss documenting sweet faces! As I sit with my 3 kiddos during shelter in place (trying to homeschool and work at the same time) I am reminded how wonderful my clients are and how lucky I am to do what I love, even if that is on hold at the moment :). Everyday during this pandemic brings new numbers, new stories and more uncertainly. However, one thing is certain…this will pass, and when it does, I can’t wait to document your smiling faces again! Stay safe and thank you for your continued support! Andrea
It was a beautiful snowy day for Alexis and Brett and these two embraced the weather, allowing me to capture so many wonderful shots. It was a joy getting to work with such a lovely couple, wedding party and their families. When Alexis’s dad saw her for the first time and broke down, I almost started crying myself! There was no detail missed at this stunning affair and so many memories made. Congrats Alexis and Brett, wishing you lots of love and happiness! Andrea
