A personal post – Nigh family pictures and my nephew’s baby pictures!

I don’t post enough personal pictures so I am hoping to change that here.  It is no easy task running my own business and raising two little ones but trips like these remind me what life is all about – family! Going home to Colorado is instantly relaxing and being in the home I grew up in makes trips comfortable and easy. I was especially thrilled for our last trip home this summer because I got to photograph Henry’s baby pictures – the newest addition to the Nigh grand-babies.  I love having a large family; there is never a lack of laughter, stories, smiling faces and screaming children 😉 Having all the grand kids together is so special and I am so grateful to have such an incredible family!

A big family photo is always a little chaotic, especially since I am not technically behind the lens but I love how this one is at my parents home in the backyard where we have spent years creating amazing memories.  We pretty much ate every summer meal outside, had every birthday party back here, played for hours in the scrub oak and swam endless hours in this pool – it is a home filled with so many wonderful memories.

These two kill me! Can they stay this close forever, PLEASE!!!!
