Branding and Headshot Events!
Updated and professional headshots are an integral part of today’s digital landscape.
It is essentially your business card and digital handshake in a world where most first impressions are done online. I suggest hosting a branding and headshot event to ensure you have high-quality images. I’m always a bit alarmed with the amount of professionals out there using a dim lit cell phone image as their bio picture on a website! If you want to be taken seriously in any profession, you need to start with a professional headshot.
What is a headshot event?
There are two types of events –
For the below ReeceNichols event – agents were given the opportunity to book a mini or full headshot session on a designated date. These Branding and headshot events are often held in a modern and bright new build listing held by one of the agents. The home was the perfect spot to capture more branding type photos that put these agents in their work environment.
These are great for any industry or company looking to offer their employees a professional but also affordable headshot option.
Full headshots sessions are 15 minutes and allow you the time to also change wardrobes. You can have many poses and locations within the location. A mini headshot is 5 minutes and gives you a fresh, updated image.
The 2nd option is to hire me for a set number of hours and create more of an open house event. These are usually held in a venue, studio or office space and either taken within the space or a backdrop. Companies will often include mimosas and breakfast items or wine and cheese so it is a fun and laidback environment and fun networking event as well. The result is a fun networking event but also the company now has a more uniform look across their business website and marketing material.
Why host an event?
For some people, getting your picture taken is like going to the dentist. It is the last thing they want to do and they feel uncomfortable in front of the camera. These events create an chill atmosphere that puts people at ease. Plus, I’d like to think my fun personality and years of experience help make it painless as well. 😉
Did I mention these are great for networking? 😉 It allows people to take their photo at their discretion while also mingling with fellow employees and friends!

Since there are few options for these events, we need to determine what best fits your needs so I can provide you with a personalized quote. The cost depends on whether we are doing a set hourly rate or per headshot.

The below event was a mimosas and breakfast headshot event for VLM advertising agency, the group chatted and mingled for a few hours in the morning, while also grabbing an updated headshot.











Other headshot events have included – Happy hour and headshots where the client has provided wine and charcuterie for their employees while they mingled.
