I was thrilled when Olivia said she wanted something different and would travel south to take picture in the purple Kansas fields 🙂 We ventured around Leawood and took advantage of so many fantastic locations to capture her senior pictures. Sedona, Arizona – personal trip

Chris and I met on the Mizzou swim team and from the beginning our relationship has been centered around sports and being active. We love being outdoors and challenging ourselves athletically, so this trip was a perfect fit for us. We hiked 20 miles on sedona trails over the course of 3 days and took in the most amazing views and sites I’ve ever seen. Sedona also was very relaxing when we weren’t hiking and we had some of the most incredible meals. We have traveled to places like Romania and Germany but Sedona is now on our list of favorites. Here are just a few of my favorite images from our trip – many of which required getting up at 5:45 to be out the door before sunset so we could hike into these areas and get images with amazing light and no one else around! It was a magical trip!

I am in love with this dreamy newborn session and could not be happier for Jake and Dana! Their sweet baby girl was a doll and I loved capturing so many wonderful moments with this lovely family. There is nothing better then bringing your baby home, which is why I love photographing newborns at their home, among family, pets and everything that makes their arrival so special. Congrats again Dana & Jake, I can’t wait to capture her first year and document all the memories to come! Andrea

KC senior photography – Jacob

I photographed Jacob’s sister a few years back and always love the opportunity to work with younger siblings! I loved that Jacob wanted to incorporate his adorable dog and his love of baseball and fishing. We had a great time running around Shawnee Mission Park for his shoot and I love what we captured! KC wedding photography, 28 Event Space – Jill & Rashid

Jill and Rashid’s wedding was not only stunning, it was an incredible celebration of their relationship and their future. It was so neat to see how supportive and loving their friends and family were and the amazing bond they all share. Some of my favorite moments were at the start of the ceremony when Rashid and his brother exchanged a smile right before Jill walked down the aisle. His brother looked so proud and happy for Rashid. I also loved the moment Jill’s dad gave her away and wipe a tear from his eye – father/daughter moments get me every time! These two are incredible together and it was joy being able to capture their day! Congrats Jill & Rashid! Andrea
